I have opened up accounts with the following GLCs banks, CIMB, Maybank, RHB. IMO, CIMB has the worst service everywhere. I really do not know what there are doing behind the counters. I have to wait for more than 30 minutes with just 2 customer ahead of me! and mind you there are 3 tellers. please do not asked me what they are doing as till today i am still trying to figure it out! ....foreign bank would be better in terms of counter service and CS.... RHB is quite good!
