I go to these banks in Perak, Pahang, N Sembilan, Johor & Selangor. Some more frequent than the others.

1) Maybank - crowded like pasar malam, hence the service is also the same standard. Some staffs provide good customer service, some dun. Depends on luck. Generally i dun expect much, & i dun go to pasar malam very often.

2) Public Bank - crowded like kopitiam, hence service is quite efficient. U get served promptly. Most staffs are friendly, like meeting ur frens in kopitiam (not only 1 branch, i've mentioned a few branches in the states above).

3) HSBC - like cafes. Efficient service, good customer service, very professional manner.

4) StandChart - Nice ambient like a posh restaurant, but not comfortable getting too close sitting next to the staffs. I like to maintain my personal space when dealing with strangers.

5) HLB - service is slow, internet banking not convenient, canceled the saving, current & credit card accounts. Dun wish to have anything to do with HLB.
