to me, RHB and HLB are the worst(s)...

RHB: ask for card cancellation also have to wait > 3 months... (with full payment)... till i personally visit their Collection center @ masjid jamek, then only resolved the problem...

HLB: ask for personal loan full settlement, 3 months also.... cash deposit machines out of service MOST OF THE TIME... the best thing is: Cash Deposit machine reside INSIDE the branch..... after office hour, can't deposit $$ anymore.... What the??

to me, no more RHB & HLB....

i wonder what is the purpose of placing a MACHINE behind the door??? To ease the officer?? so that some ppl can walk in to the branch (during OFFICE hour) and deposit money??? SMART!!!!

Their machines bring no flexibility/convenience to the consumers.....
