Why?
Few months ago I called for a credit card replacement, usually takes 2 weeks for a new card to be ready, I've waited 2 months and decided to call them back, I was promised a phone call back but got nothing for a month(I kinda forget about my card each time). Called again, and the best part came.
I told the lady over the phone my IC number, I was having good mood and was talking nicely ^^ explaining about why my card isn't ready yet, right after she took my IC number, she start to give out my details... she told me my full name, my card type, my credit limit and card expiry date... all this without asking me ANY verification question yet. She said my card is showed up at their system, means its out ready to be collected at the branch.
So I drove to the branch, just to find out my card isnt there
Luckily there is a nice lady there helping me to issue new card and I got it finally few days ago.
Honestly I don't mind about their service, what I'm not happy is that they give out my details. I worked at a call center before, and the 1 rule I'm always being reminded every single time is NEVER GIVE OUT CUSTOMERS DETAILS!
That call not only give my details out, it literally gave out EVERY single detail
