Well while we are on that subject, Bank Muamalat and Bank Islam have extremely terrible service. Their staff needs some serious training. And their supervisors need counselling on the delusions of grandeur they have.

Plus some universities force students to have accounts in those banks.Hopefully someone can do something about it

Maybank - Well , my experience has been unbalanced , some branches are efficient while others are just plane rubbish. The worst on my list is the one at KLCC , Although they speak with smiling faces , they really dont know anything about their job. The best is maybank in mont kiara , SOme of the chinese ladies there are quite knowledgeable, but the indian and malay staff need some training
