So the story begin like this, i called the call center to request for cheque book, they said i dont have tele-banking pin so i have to walk in to make a request for cheque book..ok then, i walked in to request, said cannot, must do via tele-banking so they give me a tele-banking pin. So i use their phone over there to request for cheque book...put me on hold for almost 30min just to put on my request. Few days later, no call from them, so i called them again, they said apparently no request for cheque was put on
Then of course, few days later i called the call center again to check and the reply was 'the cheque had already been send to the branch i requested, you wait for the branch ppl to call you'...though finally can get it, happy...but too early to be happy....waited like 3 days later still no call..so i call again, and put me on hold like 20min with no result at all, said have to check the status and call me back...and guess what...the didnt call me back...So fine, i called them again today and said to wait another 2-3 days cos the system dont show status!! Wah....
