Hi all, beware of Maybank!

Last month, I lost my debit card and would like to replace my card at Equine Park Maybank branch. I was told by the bank official that due to my account was opened at penang branch, so they need a piece of statement (i dun know wat statement is that)from penang branch then only they can proceed my replacement. About 45min+keep asking, just to wait for a piece of paper fax from penang to selangor. Fine! But, after i finish sign all the documents then only the officer told me THE FAXING SERVICE WILL BE CHARGE FOR RM10!!!

IDIOT!!!
