Hi, i got problem wit my slim psp. My psp's umd drive sometimes auto run itself when i turn on. I already turn off the auto run feature. Btw, when i playing games, it will pop up ask whether i wan to quit the game. What is the main problem? The umd drive or the mobo itself?

well, those are the noticeable differences+i dont really remember which ones were not present before upgrading your firmware version.

also, you get new cool visualizations for your music player. other than those, i dont think i know or notice any differences.

well actually u guys can softmod them yourselves just that its risky and u guys might brick the psp.
for more info try pm playboy21 or wetfusion for the steps. playboy even saved the steps in a .txt format so he can copy n paste the solutions here. too many people asking the same things.
the price depends on the game shop also. some charge so expensive, but there's this shop at downtown that does it for +-RM30.
and it depends on the mobo too. currently u cant softmod the ta-088 v3 motherboard.
just buy an already modded psp from game shops, no need to mod it later.

hai...i just bought my psp version 2000. My currently firmware is 3.99 M33.

I tried to play some PSX games, however i need to download some software and change some setting in my psp in order to play those PSX games. Now here's my question, once i have changed the setting, will I be able to play back normal PSP games?

Secondly, is it possible to upgrade my firmware from 3.99 straight to 5.00 M33-4? Do i need this Pandora Battery(actually i have no idea about what is this pandora battery)

hmmm,talking about buying psp from game shop..i did this..

until now i still curious either my psp2000 is 100% new and original..

all the sticker are not straight even in the battery compartment...

and minor scratch on the ring even after fisrt unboxing...
