oh lol? This is the first time I heard about the 5GB limit. Thankfully I am only using the RM99 one to surf on the go or when my streamyx is down, thus I doubt I will go near that limit lol

Ur modem is Huawei 160 USB modem right?
I guess the setup process is the same as E220 and it come with Mobile Connect software

Firstly, u just plug in the modem to ur computer, the software inside will automatically run (autorun).
Once completed, open the "Mobile Connect" software and go to Settings > Network Connection Settings

Creat New connection, put *99# in "Authentication Number", choose 'static' and key in celcom3g under "APN".
Just leave other setting as it is.

then connect? got error somting like. cant dial before register stuff. how long does the activattion takes

Normally activation just only take 1 hour but u register in PC fair, em... maybe few hours coz too many ppls sign up...

mine, register in a shopping mall, at about 3 or 4 pm, that night (same day), at 9pm, already can use

Maybe u had autorun disable on ur computer
Why don't u just go to My Computer, right click the USB modem, choose 'Autoplay'

How to boost download speed with this broadband?Downloading 5mb also need 15min,rapidshare premium also very slow although the
speedtest and web browsing a bit fast.
Before this using there daily broadband I can get max's speed downloading from any site.That why interested to sign up.
