call celcom careline, make a report, take the report number and make a report to mcmc.

The connection for tonight is ok... at least I can do some descent surfing and replying emails...
Unlike the previous 2 nights whereby there are no receiving packets at all...

But the problem now is it keeps on disconnecting...

Anyone staying in Tmn Desa is not facing the same problem like mine?

i found that the only way to keep your connection alive is downloading a torrent.
if u afraid to reach the 5GB limit, just set the download/upload to 1kB/s only. brows.gif

This doesnt solve the problem. The disconnection thing also happen even while I'm currently downloading torrent. It happen when our modem change its connection from HSDPA to 3G

i'm asking to help a fren here cos i do not have any knowledge about celcom broadband....

first of all... my fren said that his celcom broadband comes in a box with the usb modem.
there is no cd....

so he tells me that he can't log in.....

help guys?

once he insert the usb modem, there should be something prompting him to install something rite?
