hope everyone is healthy & wealthy! i got my ta2020 2 yrs++ ago (thks to xtorm & jazzy, wont forget u guys) still kicking n firing, but whoa a lot has changed i guess!
Life's boring without a little DIY, eh?

My T-Amp is still singing, connected to a Sansui tuner,DIYed buffer-preamp and driving a small bookshelf speakers providing smooth music in the hall... thumbup.gif

any idea how to improve the bass response from this amp?
it thins out quite fast at the lower octave. the rest is fine tho.

btw anyone compared this to a lm3886?

Use sub-woofer! or a transmission line speakers like I do. biggrin.gif
I was at one time trying to build one but gave up since the T-amp i smuch more 'simpler'.. wink.gif

You are try with larger value power input cap, I am using 1000uf.

1000uF is kinda high, will definitely cut out the highs..

No but I was planning to build one! biggrin.gif

hi all the sifu, , can i connect the t-amp to 2 set of speakers?

1 is active speaker, another one is passive speaker,

coz i dont wan keep on changing the plug when change speaker for music and movies.

i heard some forumer say that if i connect the t-amp to active speaker, it may burn the speaker?

Your active speaker got build in amplifier, if you connect the t-amp to it, it might burn.

So far saw is best sounding review is TA2020 or TA2024 instead TA2021b.
