QUOTE(snakees @ May 4 2011, 05:37 PM) Putting bubble gum on clothing is not an accident but it is being done on purpose, it is nothing but uneducated and uncivilized . To compare purposely disposing bubble gum on a t-shirt and car accident is totally irreverent. That is why they call it a car ACCIDENT There's still a way to fix the bubble gum on shirt thing. Remember the ice method? Of course there is risk in running a business, but why purposely dispose off bubble gum on a brand new t-shirt ? I rather someone stole it off, at least the thief can still wear the t-shirt or sell it or put it to good use. but spoiling a new t-shirt ... lol Added on May 4, 2011, 5:39 pm you did not get what i mean, did ya ? I was just pulling your legs on the consumer power part, chill bro. Take it easy. |

QUOTE(snakees @ May 4 2011, 07:19 PM) It look like i am always on the retailer side. Yea, i am doing retail but when i go out to shop, i am a consumer too, you know. So basically, if you can understand the both side of retailer and consumer, you should be grateful that there is retail shop for you to go do your shopping and i bet you that all retailer is more than glad to have your support for them. I wonder that the better treatments from GA was because those were the staffs instead of boss. After all bosses will definitely more protective of their products. Retailer open shop to do business my friend, not charity. They will try to make every cents out of you. Whether they do charity or not, we don't know . lol Added on May 4, 2011, 8:00 pm QUOTE(madmoz @ May 4 2011, 07:41 PM) I would say that paying over the odds to someone I know is still better than paying over the odds to some scalper from eBay. Yeah, leave all the Gundams touching in GA. And since TM has a number of sold out items and rarer limited editions I'd prefer to keep my options open. It costs me nothing to be civil, polite and nice to them. Their shop, their rules - so when I masuk I try to keep my hands to myself anyways. QUOTE(snakees @ May 4 2011, 08:02 PM) nah la , selling t-shirt with bubble gum sticking to it before (even if it has been removed) to customer is just not right Sendiri pakai. It's included in your risk management, right? If not, you won't so senang pay money when go buy stuff from TM. Added on May 4, 2011, 10:48 pm QUOTE(madmoz @ May 4 2011, 07:41 PM) I would say that paying over the odds to someone I know is still better than paying over the odds to some scalper from eBay. eBay is using PayPal. PayPal has buyer's protection. So your money is guaranteed, if the product that you bought off eBay does not match that listed on the website. QUOTE(sulukung @ Sep 6 2012, 02:23 PM) The seller name Ken (i guess from the receipt i got) and one lady have a nice attitude dealing with the situation, they keep their voice down all the time and explain with fact and their shop policy (you must buy which one you have check). But I persist to get the perfect figure that I want, I apologies that I do not understand their shop policies and explain to them that the next shop (XL) always let me check and pick the one I want. Well, either you pay the extra RM10-RM20 to get peace of mind and privilege for checking each and every figures until you get the perfect one, or you don't get to check. But I think RM20 out of RM250 - RM300 is just a very small price to get such satisfaction. Then suddenly this fat guy with glasses (idk who he is, owner, partner or worker) speak with Ken and the lady in Cantonese saying "dont sell to him, let him find at other place". This is the word that trigger me, Im about to walk out but the lady try hold me back then I snap! I point my finger at the fat guy, raise my voice tone and say "He say dont sell to me, I can buy at the next shop!" The lady apologies with their calm and professional attitude, we talk things out and they let me check the second box (which is perfect). The conclusion is I like Gamers Arena price, they are at least rm10-20 cheaper than XL but I do not like their shop policies :/ and the fat guy with glasses. Compliment for Ken and the lady for keeping them self calm and professional. I have got no idea why Gamers Arena would venture into figure selling business as their prices aren't really that attractive. But their Gundam prices are very attractive and usually the cheapest around. As for perfect figure, you have to steal that master copy. The 1 they put out for display before mass productions. Made by the original sculptors themselves. |
