www.ebay.com never be safe also. There were con case happened in ebay, and i think the case are more frequent if compare with LYN. There is no 100% absolutely safe trade around.. Buyer / seller have to be aware and take precaution from time to time. you can topup as much as you want

FIY, lowyat is safe, atleast for me. As long as proper step / action is taken, the chances of fraud case / con case can be reduced.
