I facing problem since 2 days ago, it end my session after 1minute - half hour time.

sometime even I login, few second later the session end. re-login needed

hi want to ask that day i bought ptaras at 5.16 per 100 unit and i sell it immediately at 5.35 and i get contra loss amounting 39.90? can someone explained to me how this happen?

I am confused with CIMB brokege charges, I thought they only charge 0.42% but how come all my transaction are being charge with 0.7%?? How can I get the 0.28% from CIMB since I trade all via i-trade??

Also, anybody know about the tiny little interest rate given for those case unused and keep in the i-trade account? Is it around 2.5%?

I have an iTrade account and currently trading Bursa equities.

I am thinking of investing in SGD since it's a stronger currency than RM, maybe buying up REITs and keep for long term. Does anyone know:
1. what are the fees involved compared to buying BURSA stocks?
2. when selling, is the FOREX rate good or bad compared to normal KL bank rates? I presume selling singapore equities will convert the funds back to RM before depositing into trust account?
3. How are singapore stock dividends come back? In cheque or credit to trust account?

Anyone with experience and knowledge, please help.

i wanna ask, may i know how much cimb charge for the dividend? i am buying hk stock, the dividend payout said at their site is let say hkd 200, but i only receive hkd110 at my acc ><

dunno why by using my phone app, when i try to buy/sell, always get 'unable to connect to server'. if i logout i wont be able to login again. it usually last for an hour or two, very very frustrating

Additional question: I dont have Clicks Trader account. Just the CDS. I tried eDeposit and manage to put in some money. How do I check my balance in iTrade? Tried searching but nowhere to be found. I only managed to search for my eDeposit Transaction History. If also im holding some stock and sell it, where do I see my balance?
