Haha of course you can. Just save an average of extra 100 bucks every month then you get to have a new mousepad per month.

Lack of bass? For me its pretty bassy already. It definitely has more bass than the Carcharias. Just that the bass from the Siberia is rather muddled, and a little EQ tweak is needed to strike a right balance.

Please bear in mind it is not audiophile grade, so please refrain from comparing it with other audiophile grade headphones.

sure meh Siberia got more bass than the Carcharias......just thinking to try the carcharias...guest now not anymore....

if only Siberia got abit more bass....it will be perfect....

i more con about the siberia tat the mic is kinda soft...u guys know how to boost the mic up..??

Siberia already has quite alot of bass to compare with most gaming headsets. Maybe you can try tweaking your audio settings, for both the bass and mic gain. Both can be changed via software, as there isn't really a hardware option for the siberia.

I'll double that. Siberia already has a lot of bass as a gaming headphone. If you tweak them with software equalizers it will probably be too boomy.

hiaz...why u guys keep sayin Siberia is bassy....is tat something wrong with my set or my ear......it got bass but not so great....no as good as Razer Piranha....piranha bass is deep, to deep infect till make me confuse between shot and footsteps....no doubt the siberia sound more clear and more detail....

Maybe you should try out other siberias to see if your unit is defected or something. The siberia was balanced to be used for music and gaming, so the bass would be just right. IMO, getting confused between a shot or footstep is not a good sign tongue.gif

the only logic explanation was maybe mine was new....so it need sometime to burn in.....but do anybody here have own both siberia and piranha....can u confirm tat piranha bass is greater.....tq in advance...

yah to much bass is a nono in gaming....for music its fine..but in game to much bass can spoil the accuracy of the sound....tats 1 of the reason i want to find something to replace my piranha....i think i start to fall in love with Siberia sound detail....

Actually an on board soundcard performs better than the usb soundcard. Even when I plug to my onboard soundcard, the performance is still superb.

That is true. But sound produced is also depending on the hardware. If the hardware is such as the siberia where the bass is crisp, then the bass will still be profound although without the proper sound card acceleration.
