hello smile.gif

can i know which one is better for my gliders

instant hpw or hpw starter kit??

i know that the instant one is suitable for students who have no blender or fridge..

i do have blender n fridge at home so there is no problem for me to take hpw starter kit..but the instant one looks like much easier..

but based on the comments, mostly used the hpw starter kit..

i never try both of this product before..so can u give me some advice? smile.gif

i plan to try hpw and gliderade..

both of this product are suitable for baby gliders??

about the scrambled eggs..just boil it or whut??

thank you wink.gif

How old are your baby gliders?

Both the instant or non-instant have the same nutrition if used correctly.

You need to scramble the eggs without any oil.

Yes, you can use both the HPW and gliderade. The gliderade complements the HPW. smile.gif

Yes, because the father also helps to look after the babies smile.gif
