Noob questions: I hope you don't mind.

I visited MYHOME Home Exhibition August 2022 Sunway Pyramid twice over the last weekend. Spent significant time looking/trying many mattresses (Aerofoam, Therapeutic, Lady Americana, Dunlopillo) As expected, I got very different and sometimes conflicting explanations from each supplier.
Roughly, in terms of price, the ranking was Aerofoam (RM2000+) Therapeutic (RM2500+) Lady Americana (RM4k+ and Dunlopillo (RM6k+)

I have a chronic lower back pain from sitting too much (working long hours at the computer - no choice!). Hence, I need a medium-firm mattress.

Different suppliers have different materials:

Coconut fibre (hardest and highest density) - I am using this currently so am used to the hardness

100% latex (very firm) but maybe not so airy?

Latex + Foam + Springs (is there really a difference for 5 zone spring vs 7 zone spring? Or is it just marketing gimmick)

Can anyone (who's not a supplier) give me a honest/open answer on which is best for myself with back pain. Some supplier selling 100% latex will say coconut fibre and spring is no good for back pain. Others selling springs will say 100% latex no good - pening!)

been to a homeexpo, kinda like the soft and cool feeling when lying on goodnite mattress, got interested on the icesilk +antistatic mattress, but it coz 5.7k,(after deducted 5k), cant afford that since all money went to our 2nd house......omg, vonno, dr artxxx and other much more expensive as we walk around the expo,
now looking for only mattress around 3.4-4k, any suggestion?

Based on personal research at Home Expo just last Sunday (Sunway Pyramid), Aerofoam/Therapeutic will be within your budget.

Can recommend me a Queen size bed with medium firmness, budget 2.5k+/-

Initially was set on Origin mattress but had been hearing mixed reviews so would like to see some opinions on other established brands

Saw Vono Avery should be around this price range, is it a good pick?

maybe i pay too much attention to the price tag ohmy.gif and maybe i ignore other bed series in the expo confused.gif

yesterday go to harvey norman and they now having a merdeka promotion (spend every 1952 discount 650), now changing mind to their mattress series, either their old stock or new one, now their price range for mattresses are super attractive.... rclxub.gif
