dogs period comes twice a year. Usually 6 months once. And each times is about 2 weeks. Just get her to wear pampers then you can bring her on the bed. During day time no need pampers, so she can go toilet easier. And then, just mop the floor daily. Some girls very clean, as they lick every now and then. Like my Miki now on heat, I hardly see any blood on the floor. She just licks away -.- but my Sushi won't lick, so I have top mop everyday. But that is just twice a year.

The biggest different between male n female, male generally bigger build then female. So they are bigger,stronger and heavier (means eat more too). And male will do marking, but this can be train, and some girls do marking too. Just that they don't lift their leg when doing marking, and very few female will do that. And male got balls, which I personally feel weird when hugging a male, since I got 2 girls. Getting female you need to jaga well (don't let male get near them during their period) if don't want her to pregnant. And usually girls more teh bao.

Comparing Miki and Toro (since both are siblings).. Toro is bigger and heavier, and I seen him do superb marking, but he improved a lot because Jason gave him some lessons other then their physical (and colour), I don't see much different. Behaviour depends on how the owner train them.

heartworm pill best to be taken before 5-6 months of age.

Puppy above 6 months recommend go do heartworm test. If the puppies below 5-6 months, just buy the heartworm pill will do. The popular brand in the market is HeartGard Plus (a beef flavour cube) and I am feeding ProHeart (tablet like medicine).

dun think now still got RM50 leh.. if jason tell u RM50, that is proheart. But the proheart I last buy was RM55 :sob:

Heartgard cheapest I found is RM58, but now dunno oredi.

Bread can be as occasional treat. Not daily meal. It contain a lot sugar, your dog sure fatten up UNHEALTHYLY.

Yeast dough cannot be given directly.. it is harmful. But yeast after make bread, is it something change? Bread is not harmful but not healthy only. Too much may block the stomach?

If not, go petshop and get puppy milk. Do not feed human milk. Get a good brand puppymilk, sorry I forget which brand is recommended. Milkodog or something?

Old dog can feed but better not. Some dog cannot take it will LaoSai.

Go collect what? Why don't you let the puppy go and stay with the mommy for 1-2 more week? Then slowly introduce soft food. About 6 weeks can start intro soft food. If you getting puppy milk, you can get a syringe to feed the puppy.
