QUOTE(J'Daniel @ Dec 10 2008, 09:58 PM) It seem my application is duplicated in MBB. I sent fax to them but they did not receive it for 1 week, then they ask me to send by post Call Maybank CS or card center to investigate and perform the necessary corrective action; perhaps to cancel the pending application. My mbb card is approved with limit RM5k. Few days later, I print my CCRIS report at BNM and found 2 application in MBB. 1ST is pending with limit RM8k 2ND is approved with RM5k limit |

QUOTE(kennyng @ Dec 10 2008, 10:14 PM) QUOTE(boonsin23 @ Dec 10 2008, 10:20 PM) For me, I'll pick AMEX. MBB's visa or master r not much dif v other banks like PBB, SCB, HSBC etc. But with their amex, u can gain 2x TP. Definitely MBB AMEX wherever possible since 2x TP.But for petrol, it'll be MBB Petronas Visa since it offers 5x TP till 31st December 2008. After that, it depends on what'll be the next deal for MBB Petronas Visa. If the deal isn't as attractive as MBB AMEX, I'll switch to MBB AMEX and pump at Shell, Caltex or Esso. QUOTE(kennyng @ Dec 11 2008, 10:17 AM) normal gold AMEX (small logo at bottom right) also entitle for 2X TP? Or charge card only? All AMEX TP is evergreen 1 like others ? I believe all AMEX credit charge from MBB carries a small logo at the bottom right.Charge card should have the Centurion emblem I believe. All AMEX cards from MBB are entitled to 2x TP. TP from MBB is evergreen till further notice. |

The RM 25 is referring to Membership Rewards point system and has no relationship with MBB TP.
Only MBB AMEX Platinum Credit Card is eligble for Membership Rewards. This post has been edited by David83: Dec 11 2008, 01:05 PM |

QUOTE(Shinichi @ Dec 11 2008, 10:45 PM) Wow, good to know that MBB TP do not have any validity period. Good question as I'm waiting for the next deal for MBB 5x TP with Petronas Visa card upon the expiry on 31st December 2008.Anyway DA petrol rebate will end at 31st Dec 2008 right? What will they offer us after this? |

QUOTE(Scopio @ Dec 11 2008, 11:31 PM) Visa Petronas is free for life without condition.Visa Flex annual fee could be waived if you could reach the required minimum swipe. I'm not sure about the details. The latest addition of Ikhwan series also no annual fee provided that you could swipe minimum 12 times per year. |

QUOTE(cannavaro @ Dec 13 2008, 02:40 PM) Eh, is this true? - There's always interest for cash advance, even if you pay in full the day after you withdraw the money. Or even right after you withdraw. Yes. It's a daily interest charge.Apart from that, there's a cash advance fee; should 1% of the amount withdrawal or RM 50 whichever is higher. |
