» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « holy crap man. very flexible. u can even use it wireless or wired. but i guess it will be slightly heavier than other mouse due to its battery. unless u remove it and use it via wired. if they fixed the laser sensitivity problems like igor87 mentioned, i would love to get 1. previously the lachesis + soft mats is a total crap. it is designed only to pair with the destructor. anyway it will hit the shelves by April 2009. so guys, start saving for this piece of gem. Apparently it's the lightest wireless mouse around.
No big deal, that. Yeah it's around the same weight as my Lachesis, so hopefully it'll be easy for me to get used to the weight. The DeathAdder-like shape might cause problems though, after years of using Copperhead and then Lachesis. LOL the Boomslang is one fat mouse alright.. I've tried it a couple of times, felt weird for me - weight and shape. |

I have a sudden urge to come back to this thread after the Mamba is announced
I just asked my friend who works in Razer singapore to order a Mamba for me. If it's really THAT good, might just get another one for my laptop as well..... sigh........ my Razer Addiction grows every day...... I'm looking for a new excuse to buy their new headphones too....... |

Lucky guy.
Anyway any news on when it's going to ship out to retailers here? Added on January 15, 2009, 11:57 pmBoomslang = Ferrari. Let's take this analogy a step further shall we? The Boomslang CE - Timeless classic, rare and exclusive, very capable = Ferrari F40 Lachesis - Sleek looks, fastest of its kind (at the time of launch) = Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano Deathadder - Comparatively accessible, hugely popular = Ferrari F430 Mamba - young upstart, first 'convertible' of the company, high tech = Ferrari California (the marque's first car with folding hardtop) LOL This post has been edited by igor87: Jan 16 2009, 12:06 AM |
