You can still demand a rebate from apple, I had a friend who's case is same as yours.
Delivery got longer than expected because of custom clearance delay.

hey there, im interested in purchasing an iPad 2 from the apple online MY store. it says there it ships in 24 hours. so when is the nearest time i will b able to receive it. its kind of a late gift, and was hoping it wud reach in time for father's day.

@llsphinsxll .. if you order it on Monday, it will get shipped within 24 hours, so expect that you'll receive it either on Thursday or Friday.. or earlier if the stock is coming from Singapore instead of Sanghai.

don't think so, maybe on saturdays but not on sunday.
so its the same ordering on sunday or monday

Hi, just want to check did anyone of you bought the Apple Battery Charger kit via Malaysia Online Store from last year September till today?

I've check the site, it still never show the battery and yet the link at wireless keyboard, mouse and trackpad is broken.

Hi, I just notice today that Apple Online Store (Malaysia) is like no longer selling third party product. Product such as casses and like the iWatchz (for nano) is no longer selling. Anyone know what happen?

was looking for speck satin cases for my MBP but they went missing as well.

Called, the Store team will look into the broken link and will call me back once they checked/verify the issues.

If they decide not to sell 3rd party accessories, it's their call. Maybe they want to focus on Apple own products only and allow retailer to cover accessories.

But the battery kit is something else, the banner is there but when you click on it, it's broken... "potong stim".

Ok they called back. According to them. Apple Store have no authority clearance to sell the battery kit "on it own" in SEA (or Malaysia only??). The only way to get it is bundle with a Mac purchase (specifically iMac). And that is limited to 1 set/ Mac. How sad.

I've advice the guy to remove the link at the keyboard, mouse and trackpad page.

i canceled an order today after 30 minutes making the order they said canceled order wont be bill but they deducted the money i though they gonna refund me but seem until now no refund yet, so apple hotline only on working hours? what so hot about it then

Same like hotel booking, they need to revert the payment. Sometimes is the card issuer who got the processing lead time.

don't think so, if you're looking for brand new, it would be pretty hard.
but used ones are available at garage sales
