I ordered an imac end of January and made my payment on the beginning of Feb. Then the order details said the imac will shipped on 25 Feb and i will get it by 3 March. I taught will get a week 8/9 which I think will be free of the yellow issue since they started to replace those faulty screen recently.

But today, i got an invoice and stated my imac is a week 6, and when check the order status, it said SHIPPED and will be arriving on 17 FEB, I was like WTF.

What worries me is that how come it changed like that, is it that they discover some old stock in the inventory and send it to me?

Is anyone kind enuf to explain their shipping process?

Why worry...? No point worrying or speculating over an undelivered product...

If defective, call AppleCare, get a replacement... If problem persists, call again and get another replacement... If it happens again, either return for full refund or replace and get 15% refund... this scenario can only be applied in the States, but who knows, you may be lucky...

I called applestore on the education price, they said must be studying in local education instituition with the student id still valid , if study oversea, then have to buy from the applestore oversea. How do you managed yours?

2. Choose Education Store on the left, agree to T&C
3. Choose your MB and configure it as you like, add-ons etc
4. See the payment on your right
5. Pay via CC or Bank-in
6. Wait for mail confirmation

Note that your order will not be processed till your payment is approved.

I did call the apple asia @ toll free no. 1800-80 6419 and talked to their sales. They took all details over phone, Student ID no, Uni where I teach and processed the items I ordered. I received all my stuff in 4 days from Apple Singapore / Shangai

so sad, first time buy through apple online store, the dhl will call before start delivery to your house, second time buy, they will never call again and coz me miss my delivery......
