why ya?
just remember physics. if you take area under a speed-time graph, you get distance travelled. if you take gradient of a distance-time graph, you get speed. speed=distance/time distance = speed x time play ardount with the formula =) |

There should be enough time to complete your paper for SPM.
I managed to leave at least 20 minutes early for 90% of the papers (with the exception of Paper 1's). On the other hand..., 3 hours is already not enough for me in Pre-U. Lost 18 marks in 2 questions. Had to skip it due to lack of time. |

Cylinders will look like rectangles from most point of views (with the exception of the hemisphere). Cones will look like triangles from a side view, circles when viewed from the top.
I forgot the technique to draw the plan when viewed from one of the corners though... =P |

Spheres, cones, cylinders, prisms, cuboids, pyramids.
Basically a combination of the above. There may be some hollowed-parts too (e.g. a cuboid with a hole in the middle, draw dotted lines to indicate this). |

QUOTE(ff8ong @ Nov 2 2008, 12:40 AM) Nonono,it is not the way to do it.. after few hour of research i finally figure out how to solve it thank guysyou have to make a range box first like X=-2 and X=4 fill in the both x into the equation y=-8-3/2 x and find the y...then dot it and draw straight line loh.. Hard to explain here.. This post has been edited by skzisghost: Nov 2 2008, 03:07 PM |
