No idea yet. I have passed by few times over the weekend but too busy to go in to have a look. Will probably be there this coming weekend.

Looks like it. Since Puisi 4 and 5 was launched few years back, there has not been any new launches until few months ago for Avis 1 and Clover. Now it's Avis 2 and Middlemist. The pace is picking up all of a sudden. All I care now is the link road to SH though...

Just went to the gallery this afternoon. The previous semi-d is about 50%+ sold. The new one, Middlemist is directly facing a man-made lake, hence the exclusivity. Did not see a sales board yet though, so not sure if anyone booked it.

Not sure if there are any additional rebate, but their prices on board is usually before rebate.

And Clover is part of an older semi-d area (Ilmu), with existing 48 semi-d completed few years ago. Along with this new 28 units, the total for this G&G area would be 76.
