What's the best place to check out PD activities so can plan ahead?

It's been 14 years I've did not visit PD. Is it safe to swim nowadays? Ok la .. I dunno how to swim .. but is it okay to put the whole body inside the water?

I'm going for two days next week at TM Resort and my purposes is to swim around for the whole day.

I heard legend water chalet quite good.. is it possible/confirm that can see sunset and seaview from the Premium Tower Seaview room?

Please stay away from Tiara Beach Resort, not worth it..
It is a cheap low cost apartment with some slide and man-made small beach in the middle.
Moment i step into the pool.. i step on small broken glass!.
Room are dirty, they give 4 packs of direct selling chocolate .. and ask u to buy more at lobby..
TV not working , antenna screw up or something.. call them to fix.. never came
No security , VERY dark corridor, use manual entry to your unit = any one can duplicate the key and can enter the unit..

Stay way from Tiara beach scam, go Thistle hotel..

I stay before, newly renovated, new management. room clean, big pool, got beautiful beach too

library, games room, n might hv spa/sauna too (that time i went, spa section is under construction )

i just came back from avillion pd... honestly, i didn't like it at all for the rate they are charging... not worth the price...

Nice hotel and private beach.. awesome live band performance at beach bar Cumulus.. fall in love with it

and huge adult pool.. and there is a pool bar..

Why you did not enjoy? is it garden or water challet you stay?

just my personal reference. it may differ from yours.

water chalet... paid 650/night. just didn't think the room worth that much and really its not that all impressive. maybe just a slightly above average room because of the shower area only... to me the room maybe worth 300~350 only

no view... was facing someone else balcony
didnt like the window especially the one between outdoor shower & room. it was so bright early in the morning.
maybe i also went on the wrong time. it was crowded... it made it not that exclusive after all...

RM220++ seems good price. With breakfast?

Been stayed Thistle on last year Rahmahdan Special rate at Rm180++ per nite with breakfast.

I recommend you to book it online, call-in cant get best rate.

You stayed in Standard room doble/twin?

Not cheap tho at Agoda nearly RM280 w/o breakfast.

No agent required, i get the rate from Thistle website. Because that is Rahmadan special rate, that's why i can get so cheaply

Just book online on thistle website.

I want to go to PD next month for 2 days. Just to relax in the room. Im considering either Avilion Water Chalet or Executive Pool Chalet in Grand Lexis (known as Legend International Water House). Both also quote the same price.
