but eh, thinking about it, there could be a lot of explanations for not using 00 raiser max output for the v1 memento
to list a few i could think on the fly:
- prolly requires saji, and saji emo didnt pilot 0 raiser
- v2 memento had almost, 0 defense minus empress while v1 had full fleet and a zerg of alols with gaddesa, i doubt setsuna can get a full charge/aim with gadessa interfering
- the distance between CB from memento v1 compared to v2 was much greater

Setsuna didn't sengaja lah, I think he at least did try to aim'd but the beam was deflected due to the enemy mobile suit.

I also wonder why no one "accidentally" shot anyone else being that 1. so mnay mobile suits fly here fly there, esp when got black cloud and the gandums fly into it, 2. so many pieces to shoot, 3. no formation.

O well, anime is anime.

Haha after this ep 17, I noticed how accurate the targeting system of MSes in 00;every shots seems to hit the target without miss
