Mines worse, it takes place when I am stress, sad and happy as well.
So yeah. My doctor recommended me to try on something that could just tickle my tastebud.
Say for example, I will suck on lolipops or candys whenever I am stressed or upset.
It would do you better rather than tucking into tons of chips, cookies and etc.
Do try this method and I certainly hope it helps
