dat shows how short-sighted and arrogant u are. ppl said near perfection, and u get all hyped up... sometimes u need to sit back and relax, dun get so tensed.

if wan to categorize epsilon, can be considered local budget range a.k.a. cap ayam. if dats ur onli budget, go ahead la, we all play according to our own budget.

i would suggest u to concentrate on ur front comp set onli. dun waste money on rears. i'm oso a student, all i did is save up slowly and over the years, u'll hve a very nice systems, just depends how far u wanna go. u plan to use the epsilon amp? perhaps u can raise ur budget to abt 700 can get urself a better front comp. like boston acoustics SX60, focal access, alpine type R and so on. another rm200 isn't so hard to save, right? anyway, it's still ur choice how u wanna spend ur money, i'm juz giving advice through my exp.

i think the jbl is fake for that price. maybe u can find GT5 but not ori GTO. for bass, it depends which kinda bass u talking abt, big bass onli comes from woofer. dun waste money on 6x9 altho it's true it will help a bit in bass but u will lose everything else. get a better front comp can give u better midrange and smoother music.

of cos it can produce midbass. but without amp, it wun go far/loud. if it's howie, i suppose it's ok since he's selling for a long time d. u gonna use HU to power it? sure will be better than stock but dun expect much bass till u install an amp.

wats the matter with changing statement when u know wat is right, i've been in this forum for almost 2 yrs and i know wat most of the old timer capable of. i neva dealt with howie before but the reviews and reputation is there for u to see. price is the first thing to judge a fake, but if it's from a reliable source, then it will be clear wats it abt. imagine if some newbie trying to sell brax stuffs at a special price, we will surely has a doubt, but if it's from a reputable seller, then doubt is gone. if not how we choose to buy stuffs on ebay, the 1st thing we search for is price and reputable seller. i was a hard headed numbskull when i 1st joined this forum, in other words, noob. then i joined 'the gang' dat u said, and i learnt a lot since then. actually i haven't met any of them, including pisces, craziechild, bafukie and so on. we just exchange idea and knowledge on forums. i dun pay them any tuition fees. as for ur imagination, every shops has the rights to do ads, just that somehow those shops u mentioned are advertising in the forums, thus most forummers know abt them. some has even been there and installed stuffs. this means their ads are working. if u ask some icers dat dun do forums, they might not know anything abt the shops, especially those dat are not from KL. u r just being too narrow minded, dun like the shops, dun go there then. dun like 'the gang', ignore them. dun like this forum, go back to where u come from. simple as dat. nobody forcing u to do anything.

true oso la. now got more exp. easier to understand stuffs. last time was filled with imaginations, lol. but i wasn't dat bad right? haha.

ameron = malaysian brand. gud or not, u be the judge la. but for ur budget of 1k, i think it is 1 of the choice if u wan speaker + amp + subwoofer. but not much sq with this set la, it is just a clearer/louder setup.

macrom amps no idea... just know that morel OEM some of the speakers. as for helix deep blue, i would say quite decent for an entry lvl comp set. depends how much u paying for it.

helix deep blue is the sub's model, not fake. dark blue are the amp and speaker. rm550, maybe u can go audit boston acoustics S60 as well, oso around dat price.

if ori HSK is quite nice, but for that price, most likely it's fake.

one of the easiest way is to search for that product online. just google it and tons of results will come out. go to any online store to roughly know wats the price in overseas. usually it's more expensive in malaysia due to the stupid taxes and dealers jacking up the price.

7k and 10k not much diff la, most ppl guess oso 5, 10, 20k and so on. nobody will guess 6500. juz round it up. those ppl dat listened are they SQ players as well? u can't juz ask amateur to judge ur system. go to those TT and see wat the real sifu says. the list is juz for reference, no need to take it so seriously.

cannot get full set alpine F#1 and wire it with tara labs? dun be so shallow minded la, there are a lot of SQ products out there.

hehe, we had this tuning vs equipment chat a long time ago. wat ur sifu said is half true, without equipment, wat is there to tune. tuning is a skill to bring out the maximum potential of a system. so u imagine la hi end vs mid end with full potential brought out. well, can u guess how much is my system cost? all 2nd hand except P400 and the sub.

no idea, this brand is damn rare, all i know it's an old brand from canada. better listen to it first. not much info online oso. how much are u getting it?

fordat price, i would rather invest in Brax or Scanspeak. at least it's proven dat they sound gud rather than taking chances with something we r not familiar with.
