It a traffic shaper that allow user to dl while having little to none increase in ping time during online gaming.

why can't uploader change the name of the rar file before they upload it!? like everything is deleted when im trying to download it..  |

i am downloading using rs now at cc, but why speed so slow? i try other direct download, can go up to 100kb+/s, but my rs just 1kb/s only.
why? other thing is, is it ok if i frequently log in using different pc? coz i online at cc right now, and every session use different pc. is this is the cause of my slow download? this is first time happen.  |
