i went 2 check out de price for n82 2day ..de sales ppl dere told me 2 buy n79 instead of n82 bcuz n79 has better functions den n82??wat do u all thk?i m not very familiar v de functions of n79 cuz i hardly pay attention 2 de latest phones in de market .. haha ... i m alwaz outdated one ..

i must agree to some of your points...n85 has a lots of improvement over n82. however..u cant compare a new phone with an old phone...u r comparing something like n73 with n82.. If i have the money now..i would sure go for n85..coz its new model..bigger screen...FP2...better batt life...OLED screen.

not worth the upgrade because FP2 has no backward compatibility... and the function ALMOST similar, u will only spot the difference of OLED when u comparing with other phone, when u look at it urself, not much difference..

if not mistaken, TUBE got backward compatibility, so i am expecting N series touch. More upgrade and worth the upgrade....~

In nokia 5800, we can install s60v3 software into it FP1 software etc.

when we lauch the software, it will show the software then below there got a virtual keypad just like normal phone.

However not all FP1 software can be installed into FP2 phone.

hey , can i know why when i click on software update my current firmware is only v20 and it says the latest is also v20 ? how can i update my firmware to v30 ?? help me . is there a problem with my software update ?

Maybe your product code doesn't have any firmware update V30.

I haven't change before my product code. If you interested in changing it, here's a NSS Download.link. But seriously I don't know how to change it. Good luck on finding ways to change it. As far as I concerned, after updating the firmware to V30, some user experiences some image wash out like image produced too bright. V20 doesn't have this problem. Besides, if you want to install or keep some of the ahem software its advice to keep on V20. That's my 2 cents. Cheers
