As far as I concerned, after updating the firmware to V30, some user experiences some image wash out like image produced too bright. V20 doesn't have this problem. Besides, if you want to install or keep some of the ahem software its advice to keep on V20. That's my 2 cents. Cheers

It's means your hp's product code doesn't have V30 update. Already posted few pages before. Look back few pages.

By right, when you choose PC Suit, it should have populate Phone Memory and Memory Card. Why not try restart your PC or reinstall the PC Suit to the latest version? It might help. I had no problems viewing my Phone Memory once I connected USB to my PC using PC Suit.

Is it always when you took night shoot photos? I had this everytime when I shoot at night. Coz, there is alot of noise when u took night pictures. Due to high ISO settings.

I won't be that crazy to own a Nokia N96. About the keypad on Nokia N82, at first you may not used to it, but the longer you use its a piece of cake. It is crazy to own a phone worth RM3K+ just you want to have a king handphone. If your precious Nokia N96 being stolen, then you sure sakit hati wor.

Nokia N82 is a perfect phone for now. Taking photos is still the best among the phones with LED flash. I would buy a laptop with moderate specs for RM3K not a handphone. Just my 2 cents.

Do you like taking photos? If you are then go for Nokia N82. Because the Xenon flash is superb in low light condition even normal conditions. If you want to compare which one had better battery life, I guess it would be Nokia N79(I am not too sure about N79's battery life bcaz I am using N82). It's because N79 uses a 1200mAh battery and also the latest Symbian OS 9.3 so it would be less power hungry. As for N82, the battery life was OK for me if you are not a heavy user. If you were to use WIFI alot in a day like 1-2 hours N82 would last you maximum 1-2 days of battery life. WIFI is the same for both phones. Its not like the latest hp would give you a faster WIFI speed. Not too sure about sound quality because I seldom listen to MP3. Hope this help. It's just my 2 cents.

I would not suggesting you to update it. If you wan your ahem ahem application. By the way, many user did experience hang upon exit Nokia Maps and some picture produced too bright when taking photos with flash on. So it is not advisable to update.
