" TM DOES NOT TAKE IT MY REQUEST FOR LINE TERMINATION" IN THE END THEY PUT THE BLAME ON US (THE USER)

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

Please note you guys took 2 years to keep me notify about the
outstanding amount.... "who would actually keep the damn receipt or
evidence after two years" ? and further more this is a concerm about
termination. If you guys lost the records, please do not put the blame
on your customers. I got so disappointed with your service and your
stuff are so inefficient. I have make a complain in May... now
(december) you guys are bring up the case. At least i would expect
someone to take up the trouble and call me to explain all this crap...
but none of you do so. PLEASE EXPIDITE THE PROCESS. If you can't
handle this matter please kindly pass this to a higher authority. I
don't mind speaking to them.

* please do check the information ( i am sure there will be no usage
after the termination) who will be that stupid to retain the line and
let TM do the charging?
