this was an interesting read. i am truly concerned for us this weekend. i do not think Man U will give us the space and while Bale can have a go at old man Neville, i am very concerned if Kaboul continues to start at right back (if Charlie is not available). i got to believe that Nani or Valencia is going to have a go at Kaboul who is really a central defender honestly.

well, the referee for the match is Andre Marriner. in the last game he officiated involving Man U, he made several decisions against them and Fergie went mental. expect him to be nicer to Man U today....

i applaud 'arry for the substitutions that got us the goal.

BAE was clearly struggling at right back but Kaboul could not be played there as he is too slow against the United wingers. With the introduction of Lennon, Bale was moved to Left Wing and BAE back to his left back position and Palacios a temporary right back. This gave us good width on the wings and got us the goal via a corner.

GB3 and Lennon will be a terror to deal with going forward.

Ok guys, time for a bit of fun here as we are almost at the close of the season. Time to give your top 5 most improved players of the 2009/2010 season.

I'll start:

1. Gomes (I don't bite my nails everytime he meets crosses now)
2. Dawson
3. Bale (if he played a full season, he will be my top guy)
4. Lennon (if he played my full season, he will be higher up)
5. Modric (magical in majority of games but would love him to be magical all the time!...)

as a long suffering spurs fan, last night was something to be cherished and remembered for a long time as we do not have the history like Man U or Liverpool of CL football and success. we still must make it through the qualifiers though unless something odd happens on Sunday and we somehow reach 3rd.

We cannot rest players now as we need to get the remaining 3 pts and score lots of goals against Burnley. You never know what could happen with the Arsenal match.

So for one more time in this season....COYS!!!!
