GUYS! im facing some serious problem here.. i have been a digi prepaid user since 2001. few months ago i went abroad and i decided to leave my handphone with 016 back at my house. after some months, i came back. When i switch back on, i found out that the number has already been terminated!! first i kept my cool and thought that i can reactivate the number, but to my horror! when i enquire about this in service center, i was told i could not do so. and the number will be recycled!!!.. i was totally devastated! i have been a digi user for 7 years! They didnt think twice before terminating a loyal customer!!  or thye never inform my family so they will reload or update the phone for me. Sigh! anyone here know what should i do now? i miss my digi number

Beyond Prepaid, initial calls would be 48 cents per minute and it will auto adjust to 36 cents AFTER RM30

If you activate DiGi Prepaid I LIKE, its a flat rate of 36 cents per minute already. Her RM30 per month is including calls + SMSes? You can try Super FNF first where by your mum is able to enter 11 of her fav DiGi numbers and 4 other telco numbers to be eligible for 15 cents per minute calls

Activate Super FNF by typing *112*1# to activate it (After activating it, the prepaid plan will be automatically switched to DiGi Prepaid I LIKE plan)

I just got a reply on the problem above that I reported to Digi. Here's their answer:

DiGi CS:  I see. Well, the escalation has completed and the issue is caused due to during the MNP process, the routing is done through Maxis first before it reaches DiGi. Maxis will put forth 012 as header to the number. Unable to change this settings.

Guess that means I will have to call Maxis and complain about this. I wonder whether they will still entertain me now that I am no longer their customer.

does anyone know that how hide our caller ID by switching on n off with our phone? as i know , if we subscribe that sevices, we also cant switch it on n off , but maxis can.

sometime i dont like certain ppl know my number, any solution?
