You'll receive a message from Digi about the insurance thingy, just follow the instructions mentioned and send back the code to 2000. IINM it should be "INS YES"

It's free service by Digi. Some sort like joint-venture with AIG Insurance. Once you replied to the 2000. They'll send you a sms to notify whether you are eligible or not and if you are eligible they'll tell you that your insurance starts today until next year

Nowadays I feel lazy to reply SMS. RM 0.10/SMS, after I reply, the person replies and the circle continues. I call only RM 0.13/minute. Sometimes 1 minute also can finish whatever I want to say, maybe for 3 SMS-es length?

can i add my FnF other that DiGi number? i have read the adv about can add another telco .. but when i wanna add at *128# it said please use prefix 016 or 014 only

All phones have line 1 and line 2 for DiGi.
We use line 1 and line 2 can only receive calls but cannot call out.
Nevertheless, line 2 has other usage too.

No, I just did a quick search on "line", it filtered down to 6 pages. It is easy to track back.

my dad who is on celcom prepaid wish to switch to DiGi, but he got rm90++ in his account, anybody have any idea how to settle those credit before he switch to DiGi, if not will be a waste. moreover, he is not a heavy user, even everytime credit still got alot but need to reload due to credit expired. and he'll never get to finish it.
