How much is ya monthly usage? If your monthly usage is Rm50 to RM150 per month, you might as well switch to DG50.

DG 20 is access fees.
Gap between RM 50 and RM 150 is too huge, just try RM 50 first.

If your monthly usage is RM50-150. Stay with DG50.
Why not DG150? Say if your prepaid usage is RM150 monthly, once you switch to DG150 your call rates is ~28% cheaper hence if you were to make the same calls/ sms on DG150 you'll most probably end up with Rm110+- only. Means you are forking out extra RM40+ for nothing.

Why not DG20? The downside of this plan is the RM20 monthly fee on top of your usage unlike DG50, DG150. The call rates are still cheaper than prepaid but once you start making calls / sms you'll end up paying more than DG50. Calls @ 15cents to Digi number, 20 cents to Other Network.

Why not DG 250? Same answer like DG150, you'll be paying more for nothing cause you are not heavy user.

Only DG 50 is 13 cents / minute to any network.
DG150 and DG250 is 10 cents / minute to any network.

Calling to FnF is 10 cents / minute regardsless DG20 / DG50 / DG 150 / DG250

Charges for calling to Supp line will depends on what package the supp line is. IF sub is using...
- 1 Family - Intercalls  between main <-> supp = FOC
- Family Basic - Intercalls between main <-> supp = 65% of 15 cents = 9.75 cents / min

FnF on postpaid plan is 10sen/min and 1sen/sms
supp line also come with FnF, same rate

can...just to make sure the 012/019/014/013/018 numbers has been switch to DiGi, than u can add these number under FnF list

Why do you need to FnF your supplementary line when calls/SMS-es/MMS-es are free of charge and unlimited?

Haha and if not mistaken, due to system limitation. If you add those your free-calls-entitled number into your FnF list. You might be charged following the FnF rate. Not given free anymore. So please don't try that.

However I believe it can be waived off if you call to complain. I might be wrong though but anyone interested may try this at home at your own risk

The new DiGi i love phone plan looks attempting, can get a new phone for as low as 99sen. but monthly commitment free at least rm100

ya is a 24months contract, i dont mind tied for 24month, but i used to travel oversea for average 4months in a year, the commitment fee will be wasted as it doesnt covered international roaming

no , i mean the commitment fee cannot use to offset international roaming. DiGi got roaming at more than 150 countries

i would say before 1 day they will help you switch the line. i got my line 'switched' to digi this morning 9am something.

For prepaids, it's usually pretty fast as long your details are captured correctly.

but my friend switch from maxis to digi without clear his outstanding bill, and the digi dealer at the roadshow said it is find??
