But hey it works! 1) Try clearing your internet cache, browsing history, etc 2) restart browser.. 3) go to ocs page...then try login....if same message come out.....do not try to enter login details at the same page, but select login at left side panel, and login again.... |

QUOTE(tslim2531 @ Jan 14 2009, 01:03 PM) I'm DIGI Sup 1 Family user, I wan to switch to HAPPY but the website said you cant switch under sup plan to HAPPY! Since it says can't then I think you have to use other ways. Switch to other telco (not convert to DiGi prepaid because you can't convert postpaid to prepaid) then only switch to Happy. |

QUOTE(HoNeYdEwBoY @ Jan 14 2009, 08:09 PM) It is prepaid, it has its own reload card or can use DiGi reload card. The SIM card must be bought from its website using credit card. Anyway, I have made a set of Happy FAQ list here. |

Well, usually new applicants need longer time. Nevertheless, you can call the customer careline. |

QUOTE(yongkailoon @ Jan 15 2009, 10:21 PM) Yea, as long as DiGi continues to improve in the future then it is really worth using their service. That's why DiGi postpaid is popular among my friends. All of them are under their boyfriends' main line. Unlimited free calls/SMS/MMS is definitely a steal that no other telco can offer so far. Well, usually my usage is high because I'll be calling my girlfriend. Now I have made a supplementary line for her so my usage can be considered to have drastically dropped. Before this when I'm on Maxis, my usage on phone bills just to call her would be about RM300-RM400 a month. Since now there would be free calls between principal and supplementary lines, I now have RM50 to use on my friends. So DG50 is already more than enough for me. QUOTE(carloompunk @ Jan 16 2009, 01:51 AM) I think only selected customers will be notified. Last time, everyone was eligible but no longer now. I hope somebody could clear my doubt too. |

Celcom has limited hours right? DiGi offers unlimited.QUOTE(vikingw2k @ Jan 16 2009, 07:20 PM) If you are referring to prepaid. Digi offers 3 plans. SuperTalk, SuperSMS, SuperFNF. You can only choose one at a time. No monthly fees. To add on, change of options is only allowed once per month for Super FnF, Super SMS and Super Talk.SuperLongLife is a add-on feature to any of the plan above to extend your validity period for 1 year. |

The OCS made a mistake and apologised. To be eligible for I Heart DG Call Home needs to register a new line. RM 20.00 access fees + RM 50.00 commitment fees. So, the most minimum payment is RM 70.00.
He gave me this link: http://www.digi.com.my/whatshot/promotions...home_kr/rate.do But too bad after I read the stated T&C, on the first clause itself, it says: DG Call Home Plan is open to Foreigners and Permanent Resident ONLY or any other person deemed fit at DiGi's sole and absolute discretion. As extracted from: http://www.digi.com.my/whatshot/promotions...kr/tnc.do?sec=2 No more hope for us, Malaysians. DiGi should allow us to register too, many of us do have relatives or friends studying at overseas. This post has been edited by fruitie: Jan 17 2009, 01:52 PM |

QUOTE(epool86 @ Jan 17 2009, 11:40 PM) so i guess.. this coming digi 3G offer speed up to 7.2mbps rite? Not trying to condemn Celcom here but as a Celcom Broadband D98 user I am, I must say I'm not really satisfied with its broadband service. It is not stable at all, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. With the recent high increase of sign ups, I don't think it can cater so many users at one time. They should upgrade their current bandwidth for current users. Anyhow, Celcom Broadband still has large room for improvement. *celcom said their network is ready for 7.2mbps too, but they're not rushing in launching it (perhaps learn from past experience during they launch 3.6mbps package) |
