if that the case, i'm in deep shit  sweat.gif  as i'm not heavy user, want to switch back to prepaid also cannot.
and the postpaid FnF only can put digi line?

if yes, with MNP now, how would i know it is digi or not?
*
Try asking their customer officer. smile.gif

Yes, postpaid FnF only can put in DiGi line. smile.gif

That's the problem with MNP so opt for one flat call rate telcos like DiGi and Celcom. smile.gif

Edited.

Anyway, yezhacolic... Try other SIM cards on that same phone and use that SIM card on other phones. Trial and error, if SIM card is detected as defect, I'm sure DiGi is willing to rectify this problem. smile.gif

called the customer service, i need to chg to main line before my current main line port to other telcos. cannot chg back to prepaid  doh.gif
i'm using optimum plan but not those DG20, DG50 etc.

FnF have effect on thise DG20/DG50?

My optimum plan currently is 30sen to other operators, 15sen to digi, 35% off to main/sup line. The FnF will make it to 10sen flat.
*
Guess, you have no choice then. smile.gif

Yes, FnF can be used on DG20/DG50. smile.gif I'm using FnF on DG50.

Only DiGi prepaid New I Like can use Super FnF. Else, normal prepaid only 11 DiGi no. smile.gif Postpaid only 6 DiGi no. smile.gif
Even if it is FnF, calls charges are RM 0.15/minute but SMS still stays as normal rate to other telco not RM 0.01. RM 0.01 only applies to DiGi no. smile.gif

Yes, I was on prepaid too, then only converted to postpaid.
Bear in mind, once you opted for postpaid, you can't change back to prepaid.
Well, maybe for now only and it will change in the future?
When I was on Maxis/Hotlink... At first I was with Maxis then switched to Hotlink and switched back to Maxis, eventually back to Hotlink. doh.gif
Finally, it is still DiGi. biggrin.gif
