I guess this chart gives you a better view:

For now DiGi only has DiGi Postpaid I Heart Savings plans.
  • DG 20 has access fees of RM 20.00 - 20 cents/minute to all networks, 15 cents/sms to all networks and 20 cents/mms to all networks.
  • DG 50 has no access fees but it is RM 50.00 of commitment fees - 13 cents/minute to all networks, 10 cents/sms to all networks and 20 cents/mms to all networks.
  • DG 150 has no access fees but it is RM 150.00 of commitment fees - 10 cents/minute to all networks, 10 cents/sms to all networks and 20 cents/mms to all networks. Free calls/SMS-es to all DiGi no. after usage of RM 150.00.
  • DG 250 has access fees of RM 250.00 - Free local calls/SMS-es up to RM 600.00 and for usage after RM 600.00 will be charged at 10 cents/minute/sms.

As for supplementary plan:

user posted image

RM 30.00 commitment fees for each supplementary line. Main principal line must be DG 50 or above.
Call rate follows main principal rate. SMS rate is 5 cents/SMS to DiGi and 15 cents/SMS to other telcos.

Unlimited free calls/SMS-es/MMS-es to main principal line (vice-versa) and among supplementary lines.

Hope this info helps. smile.gif

QUOTE(Reign @ Dec 22 2008, 08:44 AM)
If I use super FnF and register number from other network. Do I get 1sen/sms to that number? hmm.gif
*
No. You will only enjoy 15 cents/minute and SMS remains 10 cents each.
Only within the same network, will get to enjoy 15 cents/minute and 1 cent/sms.

QUOTE(yiivei @ Dec 22 2008, 12:13 PM)
yes, u do. coz those no. r under ur FnF list. So, u r entitle for it.
*
No, you are wrong. smile.gif
1 cent of SMS only to FnF from the same telco.

QUOTE(-Y- @ Dec 22 2008, 01:34 PM)
if 1 of ur fnf switch to other telco (MnP), will his number stay in fnf or automatically out frm fnf. any notification from digi?
*
No notification, you will have to know it yourself. smile.gif

yup. it was random. but, imagine ur birthday coming within this promotion period, and u top up rm300. wonder how much will u get if u are also among the chosen 1..  drool.gif
*
If DiGi is kind enough to give you extra 30% knowing your birthday is that day. laugh.gif
RM 300 will get extra RM 150 for birthday bonus= RM 450
30% extra = RM 90
Total = RM 540

My mum too, she was surprised when I told her about this.
Anyway, my mum's birthday is coming next month but the SIM card is registered under my sister's name. There was error with Hotlink earlier. sleep.gif So, can she do ownership transfer to my mum? Where? DiGi Specialised Store can?
If have to wait till my sister's birthday, that will be in November. sweat.gif

I only get "Your tariff tier has changed" when I'm using D' Campus, when I reach first RM 1, I'll be notified. Thus, I can start making free DiGi calls. smile.gif

I got that message too when I was using DiGi Beyond Prepaid, when I spent more than RM 30.00 for that month. Not really familiar with current plan as I'm already a postpaid user.

As for Super Long Life, RM 30.00 will be deducted from your credit and you do not need to top up for 365 days. It does not matter if you still have credit in it or not, it will be active for 365 days.

Hope these help. smile.gif

RM 50 is not access fees it is commitment fees, you will be paying only for RM 45.00. However, you still need to pay for RM 50.00 because that is the minimum payment for DG 50.

As for the data package, I'm not really familiar with, I'll wait for those using it to answer you. smile.gif

So, you mean I should paid RM50 in total?
even when I only use RM10 per month also RM50? biggrin.gif
WoW, I tot i need to pay up an extra RM45 bcos of not reaching the minimum commitment fees~ icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Yes, only RM 50.00. biggrin.gif
When I was on DG50 last time, there was once I only hit RM 46.50 but I still need to pay RM 50.00 because that is the minimum amount to be paid if on DG50. biggrin.gif

dialing *128*4*3# doesn't seems to work,

it brought me to the talktime service menu, which displays: 1 talktime transfer, 2 talktime advance, 0 return.....

doesn't looks like activating super longlife

....and i have more than 30.00 in my credit balance
*
I just followed whatever stated on this site: http://www.digi.com.my/whatshot/promotions/ilike/rate.do
I think there was error over there.
Try *112*4# ?
I'm not so sure because I'm a postpaid user and my mum is not around to check out from her prepaid. smile.gif

You were supposed to be charged with RM 30.00. You may call and ask the customer service, if it is DiGi's error you can get back your refund. smile.gif

what is the step to port to digi ? need to gv them IC? how many days it process? can i  do port on behalf of my parents?
*
Just go to any DiGi Centre/DiGi Specialised Centre/DiGi Specialised Store and tell them you want to do MNP. Then, give them your I.C. Voila, wait for maximum 5 working days and you will be successfully ported. It only needed one day for my mum to port from Hotlink to DiGi.

You can, as long as the I.C. holder must be the same as the previous network provider. That means, if your mum registered herself for Hotlink and plans to port to DiGi, it needs to be her I.C. to port to DiGi. smile.gif
