If you'll notice, there's an increase in property price around bdr sri permaisuri esp vista tasik condo.
1000sq ft condo is going around 270-290k, rental 1500-1600 per month. It used to be 230-240k and rental 1000-1200 per month in year 07/08.  |

I stayed in Vista Tasik for almost 3 years..nice place, low density, super quiet. A friend bought in 2010 Block H RM245K...Recently I heard, Block D Upper Floor the owner want to sell RM350K full reno...
