Wow, went to propertyguru, iproperty, and few other property sites to check on the latest market rate and surprise to see that the price ranges from 450k to 600k (diff by built up size of course) base on the latest listings. I was just considering selling my unit 2 years back with 400k on the table (1,207sf, 2 covered carparks, lake facing, currently renting at RM1,850, fully furnished)...Seems that the subsale rate is 400+/sf today, looking at the current new launches of at least 600/sf or slightly lower at 500+/sf... Maybe this is still a "hold" decision" or wishful thinking here?
