nabelon, i don't think it happened "suddenly". What did you do last with it. Did you drop it? Or install any plugins etc?

Try formatting flash 1 in recovery mode.

Recovery mode = Hold the off switch for a few seconds, then HOLD R and boot your unit up.

@Lacus, add the word "Custom firmware installation a.k.a hacking service" to your signature smile.gif

Try remove your battery & put it back again.

Yea, either that or an IDstorage regeneration.

Go to recovery mode -> Registry Hacks and enable it.

Recovery mode = HOLD the off switch for a few seconds, then HOLD the R trigger and boot your unit up.

Just so you know, enabling flash wouldn't allow you to watch youtube videos using your psp browser.

Yup, it appears when flash 0 files aren't in mint condition. You can try to delete a flash 0 file, and you'll encounter one. Make sure you make a backup of the file though!!

PSP's even have RSOD (Red Screen Of Death). It's rare, but bad lol.

It most probably would fix it, unless it's hardware related of course.

Lacus, you've got a DC7 stick set right? If yes, nabelon, you can meet up with him smile.gif

Added on December 3, 2008, 1:21 amnabelon, this is not the matter of reinstalling a fresh firmware, it's the matter of REGENERATING your IDstorage. You can try to reinstall your custom firmware first, if that fails, then DV7 is your only option.
