good buy? crap? I have the Altec lansing VS4121. but you can't remote control the ipod without a RM250 Universal dock +remote. (Also, it won''t run off batteries)

it's been like two years, why can't China make a copy of the ipod hifi? it has batteries and remote control and subwoofer. and supposed to reach 100decibles without too much distortion

depends what kind of pocket... if it is the front pocket of the shirt, then yes.

but wait, the infra red port is at the bottom of the dock connector.

so if you put the ipod in your pocket with the dock connector pointing up, then hold the remote control, stick the tip in your pocket and press the buttons. it should work.

keat, go to 'switch' and ask them to help you.
the staff in switch rotate so you can tell them that you bought your ipod from that shop and ask them to help you out.

quality is good.
i have been using it for 2 weeks.
it is very light. some ppl think things must be heavy to be good quality.
i think light is good. it uses the flat lithium battery. one battery. you can replace the battery from a watch shop or from shop selling lazer pointers and stuff.
5 buttons. fast forward, next, play/pause, volume up, volume down.
it comes wrapped in plastic. i consider that to be a bonus.

warrantee? it comes with a plastic tab going into the battery compartment. that can be considered 'new' and untested. if i take the tab out, then ppl may say it is not new. i can test it for you, but then the plastic tab not inside anymore.

(i only have three ipods)

i can test all the buttons before sending to you. only five buttons.
i put my remote in my pocket. my keys and coins go in one pocket. only keys and coins.

keys and coins can scratch anything. can even scratch wallet

er... dun sit on the remote.

i've seen girls put their handphone in their back pocket.
but then they are very skinny. i donno about you. i'm 100 kg. i dun put ANYTHING in my back pockets

so far there are no fees.
i always keep it quite empty. for example now i only have rm18 inside. if i want to make a purchase,
i physically go to the ambank cash deposit machine, insert my card and insert cash. you can check with ambank online to see when the payment goes through.

i have it linked to paypal. when i pay with paypal, the money leaves my prepaid credit card after a few days. i guess that is how paypal works

if you put rm500 cash in your prepaid credit card, then your 'credit limit is rm500'.
if someone finds your card/hacks your account, they can't take out rm5000 because there was only rm500 to start with.

i have the linksys WRT54g. i used to have trouble connecting with wifi until i upgraded the firmware. now it works fine.
i'm in penang. and i have told a few shops/restaurants to upgrade their router's firmwares.

debit not same as credit
companies don't like debit card because debit card is like your bank account. it could have 'insufficient funds'. and wastes time and headache.

companies like credit cards because they have a credit limit of like rm5000 to like rm15000. so when you make a purchase with a credit card, the company gets payment NOW and you have to figure a way to pay back the credit card.

ambank next g is a prepaid credit card. (it is *like* a debit card but it is considered a MASTERCARD credit card)

is it good?
i hear you can download podcasts on the fly. (although kinda pointless because it wastes battery and is easier with itunes )
will the upgrade affect the jailbeak if/when it comes out?
new firmware increases battery life ya? the battery always loses like 25 % after i use it.
play a bit, eat lunch. play a bit... time to charge.

DO NOT SIMPLY PUT CREDIT CARD NUMBER. even if you purchase free apps, you get a receipt of rm0.
the card holder will see this. they may panic and call the cops. jail man. jailbreak cannot help you.

rob a bank or company , they got insurance. so can consider 'victimless crime'. (i watch csi a lot)

rob ppl... they lose their phone number, ppl's birthday stuff they are supposed to remember and have to go and get a new sim card. how many ppl keep the sim pack? with all the special paperwork that comes with the sim card to get a new one? some more the thief only gets like rm100 for the phone. what a waste.
