Actually newer versions of graphic cards like ATI 4xxx series can carry audio over DVI.
I'm also interested in this cable but I need to know if it is able to carry audio also. I have a 4850, want to connect to a TV with audio. |

i got a motherboard that only have HDMI output, and a monitor that have DVI and VGA input, so can this converter works for me?
