You have to repeat the same sh1t all over again.

Drive to guard post--> Mount MG--> Kill guards--> Drive on --> Rinse and repeat

It gets annoying after awhile.

hmm...i dunno u guys got this problem or not...but theres black spot at the top right of the screen everytime i play farcry 2...it keeps on appearing and disappearing away

this game really make me dizzy...

but other like crysis, bioshock, wont like this

Abandon ship! There's no need to play anymore if the game makes you dizzy, will cause serious injuries.

The previous game that made me has the same feeling was UT3

lets forget far cry 2!!!!and play other good & fun games...like RA 3, fallout 3 and Dead space.........unless a mod fix all those annoying thing in far cry 2...btw far cry 2 is the most disappointed game in 2008.......and talking about dizzy...this really the first FPS that make me feel dizzy.... bcoz of finding diamond & repeated mission...

I'm OK with the game, I have put Very High settings too. Overall it looks good.

The game's all OK - but I have to say something about it. The combat mechanism (or toe-to-toe combat) is not good. And they have put too much distractions, I spent the whole game only driving and killing the hombres that will harrass the player when getting past the checkpoints/guardposts. The diamond hunt bores me, and on certain times I end up digging diamonds for the weapon upgrades.

Other than this, the controls are not perfect - it's halfway broken. It's still better than the PC Version of Assassin's Creed though, where the game exhibits "all the buttons on the keyboard glued together" syndrome.

Speaking keyboard, every FPS (Almost every) has the key "Q" which is binded as "Last Used Weapon" like switching from pistol to your rifle. And sometimes in the game I press Q to switch weapons but end up throwing a grenade on my feet, gotta run for it.

is it just me or does every1 jerks when driving vehicle?
im using :
2.6ghz of proc 2gb of ram gainward hd3870 512mb
but no custom cooling
owh and all settings to ultra high
when fighting shooting all no jerks
only when driving fast

Almost every? I thought the Q and E button are meant for "Leaning" instead (Crysis and Call of duty for example)
But hey different people have different opinion

ZZZZZ wassup with the driving..... need drive damn far..boring already.

this game gets old very quickly..
crysis is way better than this hyped game..
I wouldn't complain if this game title is something like "driving simulator 2"
And also, car hav no physics at all.. even small rocks on the ground can stop the cars better than the brakes..
AI is noob .. and using wall hack all over the place..
Lastly, annoying random car that suddenly try to run over me..
Disappointing...

they "used" to. after that, look at R6 vegas till now. those, those are the crappiest crap.
back to topic...i thought Ubi would put more effort in this game as they surely know the word farcry would attract the old fans, like me. but once i heard the phrase "no prone" bullshit...it cut 50% positive points. another 50% is too much driving. People would love to drive in racing games rather than FPS.

i remembered watching the intro, one of the dev mentioned they wanna give player the most realistic experience in FPS...but no prone. realistic my arse.

waaahh..untill now to many cons versa pro`s laaa.. but still playing this game oso..
hate the driving here and there.. the random ramming africanas oso..one hit`s syre die..ampeeehh..!!

prone is no big deal to me cos grass will block my ironsight anyway
but the driving and repetitive missions are just lame
i feel like ubisoft took some gameplay formulas from gta and slapped them on the far cry 2.. but they failed
