so far i only saw 2 places got AST (which i normally go)

a) Ikano - Rm350 1"inch+ , u try friendly with the staff there..normally they will give u discount for the AST. probably rm330 only (this i experience before, coz my 2nd pcs bought from there). Now i buy anything from there also get 10% discount. biggrin.gif

b) Pasar Pudu - Rm380 1"inch+ also. How much can Nego, i donno. But NOT RECOMMENDED. Coz they didnt take care the pets. AST put in small plastic container (that one we bungkus food de, transparent one). See also no mood jor. vmad.gif

Grow big also need times ma. Depend on their diet & Spaces also. Meat Faster, Fish Normal. Plastic Tank ok jor for starting. u can see my previous post, last time me also using plastic tank. Sure will scratch abit, but is ok....As long enough big + enough water. Except u put then for Sun Tan, then will scratch alot.. hahaha

remember dont use TAP Water coz got chlorine. Filtered water should be fine .

thanks bro Sam for the tank requirement.. yes those 'guppy' brand is everywhere.. so no problem getting those to start with...

but most glass tank uses silicon to gum them together... any that dont use silicone?

wah ...if u plan to put 2 AST in 1 tank... then u need to becareful the space lo. Enough Space is OK... but if too small, takut tergigit patah tail, then sayang lo... (just a suggestion)

Just more fowl (bones in when they get bigger) or more prawn/shrimps in diet will do !! Beside whole fish (many feed only the fillet scaring their AST will get choke )
