you ordered from mucro asia?

hi guys, looking to get a sager from xoticpc, based on what ive read so far,
no TAX for laptops from our malaysian customs yes? , also if i were to ship it via UPS international, will it get stuck in the customs? because ive also read that high value items need to declare or something, and ppl need to go pick it up at LCCT . or UPS will actually deliver it to your doorstep? also, no SIRIM stickers also will kena tahan?

any advise? thanks!

nole, can get cheaper deal from xoticpc

mucro asia pays for shipping back to the US for repairs?
if they dont, i dont see how ordering from xotic and mucro have any difference...cept for the price

apparently you can now opt for matte screen for 200usd extra
and also, if cost is a factor, the 6970 has been released for on the m17xr3 uk site. im sure sager will have it soon. shld be much cheaper than the 485

sigh delayed again ordered mine 25th Jan you guys? btw. any good notebook coolers to recommend for the 8170? i know nzxt cyro and the cm storm 19 are awesome but its so hard to find it anywhere in asia. anyone got the zalman nc3000?

yeah! sager is value for your buck. you pay for what you get. im a new user myself, but based on what i read so far, it seems that sager is built to last. warranty wise, you'll have to send it back to sager us for major repairs.

but if you buy from mucro, they might only do minor repairs for you. most sager models currently are on hold due to the intel chipset problem. shipping is now mid march apparently. i got mine from xoticpc
