in no time whoever or the company who buy back, their cash flow will be depleted (tied down for years) and do let the foreigner sell at a higher price at a certain percentage not to hold to much shares if $$ is pump into the share market in order to support it as well as daily punters buy/sell daily.

how much $$ pump in also no use, in time it will be depleted whereas the world economy is down. everyone want $$ instead of shares. as there is a saying wind blow which side just flow accordingly to the wind or else damages is critical to whoever dont follow it that goes the opposite direction of the wind blow

epf or pnb or khazanah or company listed to support the share market also dare not to buy.

cash flow will be tied down for along time for sure

Can't say like that, who knows 5 years or more later, may be Genting is more than 10.00.

You never know.
It is like a mahjong game, as long as the round or game hasn't finished, all loss/gain is on paper, until final when being realised.

Today EPF & PNB has been making big swoop around d market...saw a few...KLK, DIALOG, EON, ASIATIC, DIGI

so these r the undervalue stocks??  unsure.gif
*
I don't think it is hugely undervalued, but KLK and Asiatic is a good stock to buy for long term. They never fail to give good return to the shareholders.

In term of speculation, it is most attractive.

Long term wise, I go for KLK and Asiatic.

Asiatic dividend is lower compare to IOI.One thing good for Asiatic is that it is debt free.

Asiatic shared the same boss as Genting and Resort, do not expect very good dividends. Also does not mean they are bad companies.

Do not forget, Capital Gain is tax exempted. Their lands are very much under value ( hidden value ) even at bad times. Who know, maybe could be future good REIT co.

Agree with you. Besides, by looking at the EPS IOI do perform better compare to Asiatic. I have compare all the counter in plantation. So far, IOI look most attractive lol. Especially if it is trading below RM 2.00 rclxms.gif

Cash RicH. Cost of production IOI is the highest.

Low PE ratio.

Pure land based investments compared to IOI - multi channels. Pro and Cons.

It has to be long term. Short term, IOI price moves up and down fast.
