hello...

i wonder what is wrong with pacesetters club...they posted the top 10 results for Mizuno Race 2008 twice but removed it from their website few hours later.

Anyone know what happen?

Maybe they are not sure of the results themselves or their clips system failed? blush.gif biggrin.gif

Hi runners...i will be running my 1st 21km race this december(SCIM,SINGAPORE).

i received their newsletter stated there will be pacers during the race.

Are we supposed to look out for the pacers during the race or we will be group together with them at the begining ? biggrin.gif

meatball88: Pacers wear special tees/vest and have special bibs. And if they follow certain oversea races, they do carry baloons. You got to look out for them. Try to follow their pace as they will help you achieve your targeted time. By the way, it's SCSM (Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon).

hi phoenix....we follow the slower or faster pacer?

eg.if my target is 2h 10 min....i follow 2:15 pacer and try to overtake them at the last part of race or i follow 2h pacer but risk of being left out? blush.gif

Hi running sifus...i would like to know: smile.gif

How long after you have try half marathon b4 decided to run full marathon?

eg after how many 21km b4 trying 42km or time span from running first time 21km to first time 42km.

The reason i ask is i want to know how soon an average person takes b4 he is confident enough for full marathon.

Thank You..please give me some feedback. biggrin.gif

hi fellow runners...anyone who has experience running in Sundown Singapore can provide more info on..

1)pedestrian brigde-is it the same like what we use in KL?steep staircase up then flat walk way then steep staircase down?

2)i think i saw some bridges along the route on the map(in the Sundown website)..what type of bridge?is it flat?

3)THE ROUTE..is it generally flat or how much of it hilly?

Thanks for the info...i need them to prepare for the race. biggrin.gif
