wat abt 2nd eps ???

There is no 2nd eps, just movie. Read teh first post. It will be released movie by movie with the 3rd and the 4th showing at the same time. The first movie will be shown this year, the second in 2008 and the 3rd and 4th will be either in '09 or '10

btw, i heard it's based roughly on epi 1-6... so... why is there kaworu ther? why no asuka?

if its like what you said, the part where the movie is based roughly on epi 1-6, then no asuka shouldnt be there as she only appears from episode 8 onwards

Kaworu's appearance in the original anime was too short for Anno's liking so he's bumping him earlier. Mainly this is because in the alternate universe of Shin Seiki Evangelion Koutetsu no Girlfriend (the alternate universe in ep 26), Kaworu has always been with Shinji since childhood.
Well, tsunderekko is a bit late for my liking, but her impact on Shinji after that what's develop the ending for Eva, so it can't be helped.

I lol'ed at Gendou

I just started watching this anime, (currently on ep6). there's alot of sequels and i was wondering which order should i watch it in?

meh, for me watch up to ep 24, the watch End Of Evangelion. Then watch ep 25 and 26. End of Eva and 25 and 26 happened at the same time, although 25 and 26 are in Shinji's mind.
